- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects effectively under deadline pressure; adapt quickly to change
- Ability to effectively follow standard operating procedures and processes
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree (Preferred)
- Proficient in communicating (written & verbal) in English
- At least 1-2 years in a sales or lead development role with a track record of success
- Experience cold calling, and customer engagement (30 - 50 calls, communications per day)
- Knowledge of datacenter technologies such as virtualization, storage, servers, cloud and networking (Preferred)
- Experience with CRM tools (MS Dynamics preferred)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong organizational and time management skills
- Positive attitude, creative thinker, resilient, and driven to provide high-quality customer service
- Commitment to achieving individual and team performance goals
- Excellent phone presence and experience making phone calls in an open environment
